TROUBLESHOOT

The washer doesn't drain properly. 1. Check for kinks in the drain hose. We recommend a drain height of no more than 45 inches. 2. Check that the machine can drain by gravity: - Unplug the machine, put down the whole drain hose and put the end into a washbasin. - Add half of the water to the spin dryer. - If no water comes out, the machine's drainage system may be clogged. - Please use Amazon messages, we will provide further assistance.
